Introducing Idexo Early Staker Rewards

At Idexo we are always thinking about how best to reward Early Adopters and this applies very much to Stakers.

What we realized is that the first year annual reward for people who staked in time didn’t give these earliest stakers any special benefit in subsequent years. Also, those that stake early and miss the annual reward deadline aren’t being rewarded enough for the important role they are playing at the earliest stages of the Idexo project.

With this in mind, we are launching dedicated ongoing reward pools for Early Stakers, as follows:

• Stakers in first 6 months of a pool: Those that stake in the first 6 months of a pool will be part of a special sub-pool that get 5% of all fees added to the pool in all years after year 1, in addition to their rewards as part of their relative share of the rest of the pool. Thus 5% of all fees added are dedicated to be shared by these Early Stakers, forever after.

• Stakers in second 6 months of a pool: Those that stake in the second 6 months of a pool will be part of a second special sub-pool that will get 5% of all fees added to the pool in all years after year 1, in addition to their rewards as part of their relative share of the rest of the pool. Thus 5% of all fees added are dedicated to be shared by these Early Stakers, forever after.

For a Staker to be eligible for both pools would require a stake to be made in the first 6 months and a second stake to be added in the second 6 months.

Note: Idexo has set itself a goal of 25M IDO staked by the end of 2022. If this is achieved the size of these pools for all staking pools in existence will double, i.e. 5% will become 10%.
